Red Grant is doing things that other comedians have not done since Robert Townsend. Red has been one of the top comedians on television over the years, gaining millions of fans of all races. Some of the shows that Red has been on are HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, NBC’s Later, Showtime at the Apollo, Teen Summit (Hosted for two years), BET’s “The Way We Do It”, BET’s “Comic View” (Seven Time All Star). His last showing on Comic View (February 3rd 2006) was rated as the highest showing of the 2006 season where he was the headliner.

Not only is Red Grant a star in the comedy world he is also one of the top film and television producer to hit the market, creating and producing 7 new shows and pilots for the Viacom network. Four of these shows have achieved Nelson Ratings of .90 and the other three have achieved ratings of over .60 -.80 reaching more than 6 million people in the world. Red Grant does all this through his film company MOVIEOS.net where his company has signed Distribution deals with Artisan and Lions gate. He has sold more than 500,000 DVD’s around the world. 

Red Grant has acted in seven films and is being approached to star in new films by some of the top Directors in the business. Red’s hard work has cause Hollywood to take a notice and he is now working on four new DVD’s through his new relationship with the Record Plant’s CEO Rick Stevens.
